This year , as always, it's the first weekend following Memorial Day -- this year that's May 30th thru June 1st.

What is Schooner Days, some of you may ask?

• Check out the latest technology with the Eden Prairie POLICE Department and meet officers and volunteer reservists

• Battle of the Bands on the stage at Round Lake (across Valley View) comprised of high schools bands from the area.

• WHAT have I forgot?? OH YES: BINGO! Last year we played 221 games over the course of the weekend, with 35 games with cash prizes of over $100 (all of our games pay in cold hard cash). Games run 5pm - 11pm Friday, Noon - 11pm Saturday, and Noon until 4pm Sunday. And for the last game of the day we have a special coverall (about 10:30pm Friday and Saturday, and 3:30pm Sunday) for a special cash prize. Last year Friday and Saturday's prize was $400, and Sunday's was $300. If you like Bingo, please join us. All ages can play, and is is a no smoking tent.

• This year we've moved the tent a little bit north up along Eagle Way, and we have much more elbow room!

• Best of ALL -- it's just FUN!!
